I started playing guitar when I was ten with a guitar my opa had pulled out of his neighbour's garbage.
In high school I picked up the bass guitar and played in a pop-punk band called 3's A Crowd. That music was simple, always in the key of G and about girls.
Finding myself bored I began to play a bit more when I was 19, and then started writing songs. Thematically they were typically about religion and loneliness.
In Cambridge in the beginning of 2006 I started playing shows, and then started getting free equipment; a baritone, random guitars, recording equipment, etc.
